Dry Fog System – Better Than Water Sprays

Dust Solutions’ proprietary DRY FOG SYSTEM utilizes ultra-fine droplets of water to create a true fog. Dry Fog uses a special air-atomizing nozzle to spray compressed air and plain water to produce 1–10-micron droplets. These tiny particles adhere to like-sized dust particles (sometimes called PM-10, or particulate matter 10 microns or smaller). The weight causes them to settle, safely removing particles from the atmosphere.

Water

  • Doesn’t remove all particular matter
  • Freezes on surfaces in cold weather, rendering areas slippery and unsafe
  • Renders spray equipment unusable if it freezes

Dry Fog

  • Removes PM-10 or smaller
  • Does not freeze on surfaces
  • Can be used in sub-zero temperatures and harsh conditions
