This Wisconsin-based Outside Sales Engineer role will primarily focus on process instrumentation and analyzers with a special emphasis on Mettler Toledo Process Analytics. Experience with pure water systems in Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Food & Beverage, Power Generation, MicroElectronics or Chemical industries is desired.

Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager with Jasper Engineering, your mission is to develop and retain top talent. You will promote and grow Jasper’s business by leading the outside sales staff, ensuring opportunities are developed and maximized, customer and vendor expectations are exceeded and overall, we are delivering a high level of value and service to our customers. You will be responsible for leading all commercial efforts both pre-sale and post-sale to achieve both individual and company-level goals. This role will support a variety of products, including pump, cyclone, wet process and related equipment and instrumentation. Industry focus will be on mining, power, pulp and paper and general industrial markets. Sales and support efforts may include all products and manufacturers authorized in the territory.

Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer with Jasper Engineering, you will conduct installations and startups of industrial instrumentation, process equipment and systems for a wide variety of clients in the oil and gas, food and dairy, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, grain handling, mining, water and wastewater, chemical processing and other industries. You will participate in application reviews, sizing, project review, spec take offs, equipment configuration, etc.

Business Development Manager - Municipal Water Wastewater

As a Business Development Manager at Jasper Engineering, your primary focus will be the municipal water and wastewater market. You will have a robust line card of process instrumentation product lines and an established customer base where you will be expected to continue to develop and grow the territory. This position involves explaining highly technical information to customers, focusing on revealing how a product, application and our solutions can solve specific problems. You will be responsible for calling on engineering firms, system integrators, and end users and will be tasked with exceeding sales/GM$ targets in the municipal water / wastewater markets.
